Shipping Charges
U.S. Customers: Orders over $75 ship for free! Shipping is a flat rate of $5.98 for orders up to $74.99.
Canadian Customers: Shipping is a flat rate of $18.98. Free shipping does not apply to any international orders regardless of order size.

Delivery Time
We strive to provide acceptable shipping times. We do have multiple warehouses around the country from which your items may ship. Some items may arrive before other items in your order due to multiple packages and shipping origins. Typical delivery times for U.S. orders range from 2 to 14 business days.

Shipping Methods
We use delivery via UPS, USPS Priority, FedEx, and several other shipping services for shipping to destinations within the United States and Canada.

Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new condition, unused, and in the original packaging material.

Returning Items
If you need to return or exchange an item, just follow the instructions below:
  • Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping address.
  • Package the item in the original shipping materials, both inner and outer packaging.
  • Write the RA# on the outside of the packaging.
  • Ship the item back to the return address by an authorized carrier (UPS or FedEx). You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs and should insure all returns for the purchase price of the product in the event that items are lost or damaged.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), a refund will be issued or you will be allowed to exchange the product. Refunds of the full purchase price minus the original shipping fees will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase. The original shipping charges for all items are non-refundable, including ones where Free Shipping is offered. A restocking charge of up to 15% may also apply.

Defective Items
Defective items are covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive an item that is defective, we will be more than happy to get a replacement out to you. Please contact us via our contact form or call us for return instructions.

Damaged Items
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If you receive a product that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly during business hours. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with the carrier, and we will get you a replacement.
